Welcome to The Pines Meeting Spaces hosted by Taropark. By accessing or using our booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Reservations and Payments

All meeting room bookings are subject to availability. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you are authorized to make the reservation and that all provided details are accurate.

• Payment terms, invoicing, and deposit requirements will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation envelope.
• Taropark reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid bookings prior to the event date.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made via written notice or directly through the “My Bookings” portal. Any cancellation fees strictly rely on the notification period and scale according to the contracted event size. Please refer to your specific booking agreement for precise cancellation windows and potential penalties.

4. Facility Usage

Guests are expected to treat the facilities, equipment, and staff with respect. The booking client is liable for any damages to the property or audiovisual equipment occurring during their scheduled reservation. Taropark is strictly a smoke-free facility indoors.

5. Liability

While Taropark strives to provide secure environments and uninterrupted services, we do not accept liability for the loss or damage of personal property. We also hold no responsibility for indirect losses arising from technical service disruptions beyond our immediate control.
